Allun is operated by Sabian Ltd, registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of the Allun daily prize draw service.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or over and resident in the United Kingdom to enter. Employees of Sabian Ltd and their immediate families are excluded.
How to enter
Paid entry: £10 per Standard entry via the Allun app, processed by our regulated UK payment provider. Weekly Pass (£50) and Monthly Pass (£200) are also available — see Passes below. Free entry: post your name and email address (one entry per envelope) to Sabian Ltd, Unit 165582, PO Box 7169, Poole BH15 9EL. Postal entries must arrive by 8pm on the draw day. Free entry is available in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 (Schedule 2).
The draw
One winner is selected at random each day at 9pm UK time from all valid entries for that day. The winner receives the entire net prize pool from that day's paid entries. There are no rollovers.
Spend limits
Credit card entries are limited to £250 per month in compliance with UKGC guidance. There is no limit on debit card entries.
Passes
Weekly Pass (£50) entitles you to seven entries across seven consecutive specified draws, beginning with the first draw shown at checkout. Monthly Pass (£200) entitles you to thirty entries across thirty consecutive specified draws, beginning with the first draw shown at checkout. Passes are paid as a one-off lump sum at point of purchase — there is no recurring billing and no stored mandate. You cannot hold more than one active pass at a time. Passes count toward the £250 monthly credit card limit when paid by credit card.
Cancellation rights
By completing your purchase, you are entering into a contract for services in connection with a leisure activity that takes place on a specific date or over a specific period. Contracts of this kind are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
By proceeding to payment you acknowledge and agree that (a) you are purchasing entry into the specifically named draw(s) shown at checkout; (b) you wish your entries to be created and held immediately; (c) you understand that the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to your purchase; and (d) your entries and Passes are non-refundable except as set out below.
Refunds
We will refund a paid entry or Pass only where the fault is on our side. We will issue a refund of the affected purchase if (a) a draw you were entered into is cancelled and not rescheduled; (b) a duplicate charge has been taken for the same purchase as a result of a payment retry on our or our payment provider's systems; (c) a verifiable technical failure on our systems prevented your entry being placed in the named draw; or (d) we are required to refund you by law, by an order of a court or regulator, or under your card scheme's chargeback rules.
We do not refund entries or Passes for any other reason, including (without limitation) change of mind, inability to follow the draw, missed prize claim deadlines, or partial use of a Weekly or Monthly Pass.
How to request a refund
Email support@allunapp.co.uk within 30 days of the affected draw, including your account email, the draw date(s) affected, and the reference number from your purchase confirmation email. We will respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval. The free postal entry route is provided at no cost; postal entries that arrive outside the timeframes set out above cannot be transferred to a later draw and no refund or credit is payable, as no payment was taken.
Claiming your prize
Winners will be notified by email and via push notification. You must claim your prize within 14 days by submitting valid UK bank details through the app. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.
Winner publicity
For transparency under Schedule 2 of the Gambling Act 2005, Allun may publish the date, prize amount, and the winner's first name on the Allun app and website. Detailed personal information (surname, full email, address) is never published. Winners may also share their win on social media at their discretion using the in-app Share feature.
